1、 Working principle of ZXDA pneumatic with manual discharge valve:

1. Simply turn the handwheel and move the switch handle to the (minute) indicator to perform pneumatic operation.

2. When the gas source enters the solenoid valve, the solenoid valve automatically opens the upper (or lower) gas delivery port. When the solenoid valve is powered on, the valve automatically opens, and when it is powered off, the valve automatically closes. The red button is the switch button for manual debugging.

3. When the air source enters the upper part of the cylinder, push the piston downwards to close the valve.

4. When the air source enters the lower part of the cylinder, push the piston upwards to open the valve.

5. When working continuously, use the aforementioned reciprocating power.

2、 Working principle of ZXDA manual discharge valve:

1. Turn off the gas source, easily rotate the handwheel under no gas source pressure, gradually move the switching handle to the (closed) indicator, and then proceed with manual operation.

2. Rotate the handwheel to open the counterclockwise valve and close the clockwise valve.

ZXDA Pneumatic with Manual Discharge Valve Suitable for Medium Temperature:

(1) Use media such as water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, and benzene (the temperature for WCB material is -29 ℃ -425 ℃).

(2) Use media such as particles, oil, pulp, and carbon dioxide gas (stainless steel material can be used at temperatures of -60 ℃ -232 ℃).

(3) It is strictly prohibited to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF), as well as strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature less than 150 ℃, concentration>30%). (4) The general working temperature of stainless steel is ≤ 150 ℃, and the pressure range is 0.6-2.5MPA. If it exceeds this requirement, it should be explained when ordering.

ZXDA Pneumatic with Manual Discharge Valve Corrosion Resistance:

(1) Polytetrafluoroethylene has excellent adhesion to metals, moderate tensile strength, and resistance to dilute and concentrated acids.

(2) Use media such as particles, oil, pulp, and carbon dioxide gas (stainless steel material can be used at temperatures of -60 ℃ -232 ℃).

(3) It is strictly prohibited to use fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF), as well as strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature less than 150 ℃, concentration>30%). (4) The general working temperature of stainless steel is -5 ℃ -225 ℃, with a pressure range of 0.6-1.6MPA. Orders exceeding this requirement should be specified.

Installation precautions for ZXDA pneumatic with manual discharge valve:

(1) The installation position, height, and import/export direction must meet the design requirements, and the connection should be firm and tight.

(2) All types of manual valves installed on insulated pipelines must not have handles facing downwards.

(3) For valves with a working pressure greater than 1.0 MPa and a shut-off function on the main pipeline, strength and tightness tests should be conducted before installation, and they can only be used after passing the tests. During the strength test, the test pressure shall be 1.5 times the nominal pressure, and the duration shall not be less than 5 minutes. The valve shell and packing shall be qualified if there is no leakage. During the tightness test, the test pressure is 1.1 times the nominal pressure; The test pressure should meet the requirements of GB 50243 standard for the duration of the test, and it is considered qualified if there is no leakage on the sealing surface of the valve disc.


Daily maintenance and precautions for pneumatic belt manual discharge valve


1. The nitrogen source should be kept dry and clean, and the filter should be drained regularly.

2. Maintain normal nitrogen source pressure (0.4~0.7Mpa), ensure no short circuit or open circuit faults in the power signal of the electrical part, prevent water, and ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve and return switch.

3. Under normal working conditions, it should be inspected once a month and repaired once a year.

Pneumatic with manual discharge valve. Attention:

1. When operating pneumatically, the switch handle must be completely moved to the (open) indicator position, and the handle must not be in an unclear state of opening and closing, otherwise it will damage the internal components.

2. It is strictly prohibited to strike or impact the handle.

1. Keep the valve disc on the sealing surface of the sealing ring free of dirt and mud.

2. Check whether the packing is well sealed with the piston, and do not disassemble or assemble it without the guidance of technical personnel.

3. When the cylinder is removed and not in use for a long time, all machined surfaces should be coated with anti rust oil, and the inlet and outlet ports should be sealed with dust-proof plugs.
